Harold Hughes

Mr. Hughes has more than 30 years of experience in the high technology industry. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Rambus Inc. from January 2005 to June 2012. Mr. Hughes founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Pandesic, a provider of web-based SAP systems, which was sold to SAP AG. He also founded and served as the Vice President of Intel Capital, Intel's venture investment operation. Mr. Hughes has held various board positions with major multi-national companies, including Cortina Systems, Pandesic Company, View, Inc., Cresta Technology Corporation, Berkeley Technology Ltd., Finisar Corp., and Rambus Inc. Mr. Hughes holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin.
