Farhat Jahangir brings over 17 years of successful experience in Global Manufacturing Operations, Product Engineering, Quality and Reliability functions of Integrated Circuits & System Products.
Prior to joining Quantenna, Farhat was Head of Operations & Quality at Synerchip / MultiMedia Crossing (IP acquired by Silicon Image) where as part of the management team, he was in charge of managing high-speed mixed signal IC and system products from concept to end of life. Previously, he was Director of Operations at SiTime (a MEMS based timing solution startup), where he was a pivotal contributor of building company’s negative margin product line to positive, enabling market penetration and sales growth. Farhat held various engineering and management positions in areas of semiconductor operations and manufacturing in companies like Silicon Image, Texas Instruments & Cypress Semiconductor. His experience includes Global Manufacturing Operations, Supplier Management, New Product Development, and the Assurance of Quality & Reliability processes.
Farhat holds a Master’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
