Tom MacMitchell
General Counsel and Acting Vice President of Human Resources
Tom MacMitchell joined Quantenna as its General Counsel in 2015. In addition to managing the Company’s legal matters, Tom is also acting Vice President of Human Resources. He brings 20 years of experience representing private and public technology companies, including experience as both in-house counsel and outside counsel at a leading law firm based in Silicon Valley.
Prior to joining Quantenna, Mr. MacMitchell was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Intematix Corporation, a developer and manufacturer of LED phosphor solutions. Previously, he was at Brocade Communications, Inc., where he managed the corporate legal function, including public company filings and securities laws, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and employment matters. Prior to Brocade, he worked at Cooley LLP.
Mr. MacMitchell holds a Juris Doctorate from University of California at Davis and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
