Key Responsibilites:

• Contribute to the development of the Quantenna software and systems to maintain our superior performance and interoperability with all forms of third party Wi-Fi clients.
• Design innovative new solutions to analyse and fix interoperability problems across a range of devices.
• Research and implement parts of the IEEE 802.11 and WFA standards as necessary for both customer driven and internally developed features.
• Co-work across different (AE/FAE/ASIC/Systems) teams to root cause and fix up complex system level and customer reported issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master in EE, CS, CE, or related disciplines with 5+ years’ experience in software development on Linux or embedded platforms.
• Good verbal/written communication skills.
• Some background in data communication protocols including TCP/IP.
• Good C programming skills.
• Experience of developing Linux or RTOS kernel modules.
• Basic understanding of CPU architectures and optimization for speed/memory.
• Big appetite for learning latest IEEE 802.11 protocols and principles of wireless communication.
• Very good problem solving and diagnostics skills.
• Highly motivated, with a strong desire to work on the cutting edge of 802.11 technologies and define the path forward in this technology.
