Description:

• In the position of System Engineer will work on developing new algorithm and techniques for wireless communication systems. Candidate will work closely with the senior system engineers in design and simulation of complex algorithms and integration of the system. Specific tasks will include design of sphere decoder algorithm, its simulation and optimization and working closely with ASIC and FPGA team in hardware implementation and verification.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate for this position will have good knowledge of wireless communication systems with in-depth understanding and direct experience in MIMO signal detection and sphere decoding. The position requires expertise and experience in maximum likelihood decoding and detection and its efficient implementation. Must have strong competency in simulating complex communication and signal processing algorithms in MATLAB and C. Knowledge of ASIC/FPGA design, fixed point operation and lab equipment a plus. Must have MSEE with course work in communication and signal processing required with 2-3 years' work and/or research experience.
